Website Privacy Notice

This notice applies only to the static HospitAIlity corporate website. It does not describe the AgenteMIO/Jude widget or processing carried out by accommodation providers that use it.

The website is delivered as static content through Firebase Hosting. When the browser requests pages or assets, Google/Firebase infrastructure may receive technical data needed to deliver and protect the request, such as IP address, date and time, user agent and requested resource. The purpose is to make the website available and protect it; processing is based on the controller's legitimate interest in its delivery, security and technical integrity. The website has no application backend collecting this data.

The browser may store the selected language and whether the language suggestion was dismissed. The two key values are not sent as form data or telemetry; the selected language is, however, reflected in the localized path requested by the browser from the hosting service.

Calendly is not contacted when the page loads. Only after the user chooses to open it does the website create an iframe to https://calendly.com/hospitaility-team/30min, without prefill, personal data or added parameters. From that point, data entered to select and confirm an appointment is handled in Calendly; Calendly also manages the booking confirmation email and Google Meet link provided by the scheduling flow. The voluntary opening and entered data are used to manage the user's request and, where applicable, take pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject.

The email link opens the user's mail application. The website has no contact form and does not receive the message in the browser: the sender address, content and attachments are provided voluntarily through the email services involved. The observed runtime loads no measurement or advertising tools, performs no behavioural tracking, creates no profiles and uses no first-party endpoints to collect contact or scheduling requests.

Data relating to requests opened through Calendly or email is kept for the time necessary to manage the request and any resulting relationship, and as further required by legal obligations or the protection and defence of rights. Technical logs and data held by providers are also subject to applicable configurations and notices.

Pertinent recipients or suppliers may include Google/Firebase for hosting and technical security, Calendly for scheduling, and the email providers involved in sending and receiving messages. Their use may involve transfers to countries other than the user's; where they occur, the mechanisms indicated by the respective providers in their applicable notices apply.
