Website Use Terms

These terms govern use of the static HospitAIlity corporate website and its informational content. They do not govern the AgenteMIO/Jude widget, services managed by accommodation providers or commercial relationships requiring separate agreements.

The website allows visitors to read public information, open their mail application through a mailto link and voluntarily open Calendly to request a video call. The website does not provide transactions or personalised services directly on the page.

The calendar is provided by Calendly and loads only after the user's action, using https://calendly.com/hospitaility-team/30min without prefilled data or added parameters. Time availability, confirmation email and Google Meet link are managed by Calendly and depend on the provider's operation.

Users must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code or use its content unlawfully or in a way that infringes the rights of others.

Texts, marks, graphics and website materials remain attributed to their respective owners. Viewing the page grants no reuse rights beyond those allowed by law or by express permission.

The website and external links may be updated, suspended or temporarily unavailable. Information is descriptive and is not a guarantee of availability, outcome or suitability for specific needs.
